I believe it is safe to say that everything about this dress is over the top. Not necessarily in a bad way; just observing that the amount of adjectives in the name of the dress itself seems to be proportional to the amount of tulle it took to construct it. Again, not a bad thing, just an observation. It would be interesting to see a baby version of "Who Wore It Best" featuring this, because the white leaves a lot of room for accessory options.
